The Bill (Reg. No.4397) clearly defines the list of objects to be
attracted to the holding of the Championship, specifies the authorities and
tasks of the Cabinet of Ministers, defines the functions of the central and
local executive and self-government bodies regarding ratification and
implementation of tasks of relevant branch, regional and local programs on the
preparation and holding of the Championship, General Infrastructure Plan, etc.
The Committee scrutinized the suggestions of the Football Federation of Ukraine concerning requirements of the UEFA and realization of guarantees given by the Ukrainian government to the UEFA.
